The Cubic Panorama Plugin is free of charge for:
- non-commercial use
- commercial use up to 100 copies of each game sold that uses the plugin

As soon as you start selling more than 100 copies of a game that uses the plugin, a very small royalty on the sold copies that exceed 100 is required. This allows compensating for the investments related to the development of the plugin.

The royalty applies only to the sold copies that exceed 100: for example, if you sell 120 copies, the royalties apply only to the 20 exceeding copies.

The royalty rate is set to 5% of the revenues of those sales (after the taxes, refunds, etc. have been deducted - read the full license agreement for details). For information, this is the same percentage that is usually asked by most companies in similar situations (companies licensing software components, patents, etc.).

The royalty payment options (paypal, etc.) are detailed in the email that you will receive after your request below has been accepted.
