Game for my wedding (Windows)

Postby Mozes » Tue Jun 02, 2009 11:04 am

Download my games here:

Islands Adventure
My very first game from a few years ago, recently finished it and made a proper ending for it!
Graphically it's not really impressive, but it was ment as a test what AM could do.
(I got AM for my birthday by the way)

There now are 2 possible endings of this game, a normal ending AND a VICTORIOUS ending,
so impress your fellow forum members by posting your results!

Note: If you have a previous version installed, please uninstall that one and reinstall this one.

Paniek op de Toverberg
It's in Dutch, voices and all. I created it last year as a present for the guests on my wedding.
They could "come along with us on our honeymoon" with this game and get to know us a little better.
We went to a vacation spot where all kinds of mysterious stuff is going on,
so I did research on the area before we went and made this wedding-related game out of it.

Well, if you don't know the language it may be a bit difficult to follow.
If you do know the dutch language it'll be a pretty cool game.
The guests were impressed by my presentation of it anyway.

I tried the first one and really liked it... Seems great, too bad that it's incomplete (I was trying to find what was the mermaid puzzle but I gather there's no mermaid puzzle, huh?

Oh but there IS a mermaid puzzle :)

I'm going to try to give some hints without spoiling :)

1 - Have you opened the porthole yet ?
2 - Have you gotten rid of the sailor yet ?
3 - Do you have a piece of rope and a hammer ?

EDIT: The game is now finished! There are two ways to win the game now. Normal and "VICTORIOUS". Please post your results to invoke the jealousy of your fellow forum members

My wife complains all the time about my spending too much time on the computer. Had I done that when we got married, I think she would have cracked the keyboard over my head...and they were big and bulky back then!

Nice games. I hope you plan on finishing the english version or sharing more of them? I don't have time to learn another language! :?

I enjoyed playing "The Island". Nice mini-game and clever puzzles. :)

I didn't have the time to play them yet, but I will. :)

Could you please provide screenshots for both games so that I can add them to the Games page on the Adventure Maker website?

Ok, I have some screenshots.
Where should I post/mail them ?
Also, would you like a specific file format/canvas size (like JPEG, 800x600, something like that)

Attach the pictures in the very first post that you made..[using the attachment feature at the bottom of the post] You can hit ''EDIT'' to the very far right]---therefore ppl can see ingame shots with game announcement...~ JPG is fine..and the size is fine too.. :D

You can provide 1-2 ---2 is nice..I gather it depends on whether or not the forum has reached it's max of attachments..and how many you have or wish to share~

As an alternative way of posting pictures;

U can also upload to Media fire or otherwise..Then once its uploaded..Media fire will give u the link to where ppl can view the pictures..You can copy the link in the post, and wrap IMG tags around it...[If forum has reached it's max...and u get that error message..Here's an additional way to do it]..:D

Peace
